These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of December's software applications, CLI tools, and cloud services provided by Phasehumans.
1. Use of Services
You are responsible for your use of December and any content, prompts, or code processed through the system. You agree not to use December for unauthorized vulnerability scanning, generation of malicious software, or violating third-party intellectual property rights.
2. Code Ownership
Your Code Remains Yours: You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over all code, repositories, and prompts submitted to December, as well as all code outputs generated during your sessions.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
December offers free tiers (including Bring Your Own Key) and paid subscription options. Cloud compute credits and subscription fees are billed in accordance with the pricing terms presented at the time of purchase.
4. Disclaimers
December is an AI-assisted development tool provided "as is". Developers remain responsible for reviewing, testing, and verifying code before deploying it to production environments.
