Phasehumans ("December", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal and codebase data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the December CLI, December Cloud, and related services.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information: When creating an account, we collect your email address and authentication identifiers provided by identity providers such as Google or GitHub.
Codebase & Session Data: When you invoke December Cloud or use the /handoff command, we process the codebase files and instruction history necessary to execute agent runs within isolated cloud sandboxes.
Bring Your Own Key (BYOK): If you provide your own API keys for OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or OpenRouter, these keys are stored encrypted and used solely to route requests on your behalf.
2. How We Use Information
We use your information strictly to provide, maintain, and secure the December software development platform. We do not sell your personal data or codebase contents to third parties.
3. Data Retention & Deletion
You can delete your account, session histories, and uploaded artifacts at any time via the account settings panel or by contacting team@trydecember.com.
